Kaaleta (draft). We store business and customer data you enter to run reminders and records. We do not sell customer lists to other garages. Contact us to export or delete your business data. This text will be updated before go-live.

Kaaleta owner app

If you use the Kaaleta owner app (Android), we collect: your Google account name and email when you sign in; your phone number if you add or verify it; car details you enter (plate, make, model, year, mileage); odometer readings you submit; service entries you add for shops not on Kaaleta; and a push notification token if you enable notifications later. We use this to show your service history, reminders and mileage estimates, and to send service-related notifications you opt into. Garages on Kaaleta only see records they logged in their own books, or information you choose to share (for example a booking or transfer). We keep owner data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or read the steps at /delete-account. You can also email hello@kaaleta.lk. Deleting your account removes your profile, cars you added, owner-entered services, spending you logged, and odometer readings you entered. Records a garage logged in their shop books stay with that garage and are no longer shown to you. Questions: hello@kaaleta.lk.
